The mandatory licence conditions, quoted word for word from the legislation, with a link to the official text. Answer a few questions about your property and only the ones that apply are listed.

Certificates and their dates

Gas safety, EICR and PAT, EPC, insurance, alarms, furniture and more. Photograph a certificate and LetKeeper reads the dates on your phone. Reminders come before anything falls due.

Contractors upload for you

Send your gas engineer or electrician a link. They upload the certificate straight to the right property, and you approve it. Links expire, and you can stop one at any time.

Changeover checks

Alarms tested, escape routes clear, the guest pack in place: a checklist for you or your cleaners between guests. It works with no signal and records who checked what, and when.
